The +/- button on our electric kettle allows you to select your desired water temperature. Simply hold down the button until the correct temperature lights up, and the kettle will maintain that temperature. To use the keep-warm function, press and hold the -/+ button for 5 seconds until the indicator light starts flashing. You can then choose from keep-warm temperatures of 140°F, 158°F, 176°F, and 194°F for up to 6 hours.
